The Interior, dba Impact Studio has identified three essential impact areas to make economic mobility possible in West Africa: Foundational Enablement, Establishing Development-Ready Communities, and Economic Scalability.
The Interior’s goal is to bridge the education-to-employment gap for young West Africans by providing diverse pathways to lucrative and long-term careers in the global digital ecosystem. More specifically, The Impact Studio aims to connect college-educated or college-bound West Africans with access to the global digital economy via the Salesforce platform.
Our immersive West Africa Digital Empowerment (WADE), is designed in collaboration with Salesforce and Universities in West Africa to provide free technical and business-skill training to students in all 16 West African countries. Graduates of the program will earn core Salesforce certifications and an Associate in Science degree or certification in Salesforce Administration. They will join our flagship Internship and fellowship opportunities and will be placed in a global Salesforce employment pipeline.
The program is also working with forward-thinking potential employers willing to invest in the next generation of Salesforce Administrators and developers in West Africa to provide employment and/or working experience opportunities.
We apologize for the inconvenience but we are fixing a few things
behind the scenes and will be back soon. Meanwhile, below are ways you partner with us and/or support our mission.
We collaborate with colleges and local universities in West Africa to provide West Africans access to skills needed to become a viable part of the global digital ecosystem. We do all the prep work, hand over the blueprint, and work closely with the universities to manage the program.
Join a forward-thinking group of employers that are investing in the next generation of Salesforce administrators and developers in West Africa. Being a Workforce Partner member gives your organization direct access to a pipeline of newly-skilled and motivated Impact Studio Academy graduates.
We collaborate with mission-driven organizations working in West Africa and across the diaspora to provide pro bono or low-cost technology capacity-building services via a student fellow.
Thank you so much for your interest in The Interior's work to develop Salesforce Talent & Workforce in West Africa & Rhode Island.
Our immediate goal is to raise $100,000 to build the Impact Studio Digital Hub- a facility to allow newly skilled Salesforce and other digital West African professionals with the working space ad internet speed to perform their jobs effectively.
Please consider donating $200 to help us toward that goal. Also, don’t forget about company matching opportunities to boost your donation!”
